Kinetika is one person's computing ecosystem, built from the ground up. The point isn't minimalism — it's that nothing is hidden. Every layer can be opened, read, and replaced.
By principle
Materials show their age
Copper oxidizes, iron rusts — that's character, not failure. The palette, the wear, the seams are all on purpose. An honest system doesn't pretend to be new.
By practice
Nothing is hidden
The structure is the design. Configs live in the repo, services run where I can see them, and the homelab exposes itself rather than abstracting itself away.
By temperament
DIY, and built for agents
Dependency is a choice, not a requirement. And agents are first-class users here — the AX (Agent Experience) layer means machine-readable tokens and honest interfaces, for humans and machines alike.

The Homelab
Two-node Proxmox cluster: gateway, SSO, DNS, monitoring, NAS + backup, media, automation. Public via Cloudflare Tunnel — no exposed home IP.
Kinetika HQ
A single static launcher for every internal tool, served by Caddy behind SSO. The front door to the homelab.
Kost HQ
Property management run over WhatsApp with Baileys — tenants, payments and operations in the channel people already use.
Kinetika Design System
Framework-neutral tokens through a WCAG AA contrast gate, with a React component layer. Codenamed ir0nm0nk. Released CC0.
